One must purchase this "yearly" license to resell any of our graphic collections. This license does not apply to exclusive or semi-exclusive graphic collections.
As a licensed resale agent you may purchase for $10.00 each (a one-time fee) - any collection under our graphics or holiday graphics buttons and resell them on your website at your price and as often as you'd like. There are no limits to the amount you charge or amount of times you sell the graphics. 100% of the profits go to you. Collections must remain in their original graphic collection and may not be mixed with other collections then resold. Graphics may be sold as individual graphics if you wish to do so. Graphic collections are available in PNG and JPG format.
A licensed resale button must be placed on your webite at all times. A graphic credit is required on your site to us in the form of the licensed resale button.
You are responsible for delivery of graphics to your customers. Whimsy Primsy Graphics will not ship or email these graphics to anyone other than our customers who have purchased the collections through our website.
Whimsy Primsy Graphics will retain the rights to sell the same collections on our website at a price we determine.
Note: Whimsy Primsy Graphics reserves the Creative right to make other graphics with similar themes & designs and have for sale on our website as exclusive graphic collections, semi-exclusive graphic collection, custom graphics or our graphic collections.Whimsy Primsy Graphics reserves the rights to sell these graphics under our terms. Our Terms apply to our customers.
